I tried to report this showstopper bug via the bug tracker but gemini is falling over with errors right now when I try to do so.

All RichText fields fail to update using the FCKEditor in DNN 4.8.1.

This happens in the Biography field in the user profile. 

I am running DNN 4.8.1. on my laptop under Vista and everything is working fine except for this.

I just tried this on the DotNetNuke website itself (www.dotnetnuke.com) and tried to update my profiles biography field and it failed to save even though the update didnt give any error messages and appeared to have worked. I even go the e-mail saying it had updated it but it didnt.

This happens everytime for me.

I notice there is already a bug reported on Gemini under the FCKEditor provider that has reported the same problem but it was withdrawn.

the issue only occurs on controls with Ajax enabled, I suggest to turn off ajax as a workaround.
