AFAIR someone offered a free search-Replace-module, which might assist, depending how you perform the migration.

If you want to create the new site in DNN, I strongly recommend using UrlMaster from Infinity, you can specify 301 redirects for OLD pages to point them to the new DNN URL's to ensure that you have proper path information.  The module also provides high quality DNN urls removing common elements such as tabid.

i have one doubt about url redirection.

if i redirect the old url to new one, is that affect the pagerank of my site?.

Re: Migrating from NON-DNN site to DNN website And keep old urls

If you use a module such as UrlMaster that does a 301 redirect, the PageRank will move with the page, as Google and other search engines will simply see it as "Hey we moved!  Here is our new address".  Thus keeping page rank!
