Using a third party for tracking contacts and downloading info

I have dnn site called www.usauctionrealty.com. There are several key things I want my site to do with the contacts that is not able to do. I am a real estate auctioneer and I like to track who downloads what. I have people register to download info. I then have them log in again if they want to download a package on an auction. I would then like to be notified via email when they do so. Ideally I would just have them enter their email to log in so I can track who they are and they don't have to worry about a password

I am limited because the site was created by a friend and he can not figure out how to do this. In fact when I get to the page for download and asked to enter your registration - you do and then it goes back to the home page and you have to go back through again. Well I like to make the most of what I have and my friend's limited knowledge and my current limited budget.

I was thinking of sending the whole thing - registering, downloading, tracking, emailing me to a third party website that can handle this. I would simply drive the whole thing there. Hopefully with a somewhat simple set up that I can handle.

Any suggestions? Thanks

Re: Using a third party for tracking contacts and downloading info
sounds like what you need falls outside the scope of the contacts project. ...more of an integration of several modules or custom modules. :)
