unable to locate a point

Hello,

The map module is awesome (v1.0.9).  However, I am having a problem with the Geo Locator.  I read all the documentation, watched the demos, and attempted five different Google keys but none are able to fill in the LAT and LONG for any address that I put in the table or when I do an adhoc "Find Address" request.  I get the "Sorry, we are unable to locate a point for that address.  Please try again".

The reason why I tried so many google keys is for different guesses as to the URL I should declare.
(Note that I have censored my website address here by simply putting "mywebsite.com")
 - I tried the main one:  http://www.mywebsite].com
 - I tried a variation of it:   mywebsite.com
 - I tried the address of the SQL Server (I'm using GoDaddy)  http://secureserver.net
 - I tried a subnet of the SQL Server address: http://pxmssqladmin.secureserver.net
 - And finally, I tried the only other thing I could thing of:  http://dotnetnuke.com

So now I have a lot of google keys and none seem to get the job done.  I was sure to have each key attempted in the Geo Locator section when I was testing, but none worked.  This really is a great tool and I am excited about what it can do, but I just can't seem to get over this hump.

Thanks in advance!

Re: unable to locate a point

Hi, Were you able to figure this out? I am having the same exact problem with the map module. Any help would be highly appreciated.

Re: unable to locate a point

Verify that there are no carriage returns in the address, the Google Geocoder doesn't understand the line breaks. Is this possibly the issue?

Re: unable to locate a point

There is no chance for carriage returns because i was only using the forms provided for testing.  I used the form off of the locator page that gives lines to fill in an address to get the lat/long. I also put in an address (with no returns) that had no luck either.  Just trying the basics before i jump in and can't seem to get it to work.  Thanks for the reply, any other thoughts or debug hints?

Re: unable to locate a point

Are you sure you have entered your Google License Key in both the Interface and Geo Locator screens. I forgot to do the Geo Locator screen and was having the same problem.
