Creating a basic map

Hello,

I have been trying to create a basic Google map module without any luck. I have been using the basic code from the Google API page in a codefile but can not getting to run when the page loads but I can get it to run when I set the "Load()" to a button click.

Does anyone know of a simple example that I could view to get this thing going?

Thanks!

This is a map from BiteTheBullet and is for creating Sitemaps. Can it als be used for Google Maps??

And if so, does this mean that the GoMap module of Bi4ce is out of the picture?  Will this module the basis for the core Map module?

The BTB map is nothing to do with Google Maps - it is a SiteMap (bad naming from Google ;)

I have actually asked a question about maps yesterday and which module to use... (Bi4ce or JetJKey)

Thanks,
Rodney
