I'm being patient however it's been over two month now since there's been an update on the project blog so it would seem that at this point my request isn't unreasonable if you considered it to be before. Do you plan to deliver an initial release by mid-year? If not, will it be by end-year? Please give some kind of indicator of where things are at.

I think we're getting to a point worthy blogging about this or next week. We are still planning to release a basic version of the module as soon as it's ready. At this point I do expect it to be before end-year. I'm afraid this is as precise as I can get at this point.

Thanks Stefan, looking forward to hearing more!

Hi Stefan,

It would be great to hear any update that you have regarding the project. Has the development started and if so what stage is it at? Do you have enough help on the team? Is there anything that the dotnetnuke community can do to help this project along further? Any information you can provide would be helpful.

Thanks in advance,

Peter

Could you please provide some kind of progress update, it's been 1.5 months now since you mentioned it was going somewhere and hoped to be blogging about it in about a week.  I don't really understand why things are so vague if things are progressing - is this project actually under development? Again, so you have enough help on the team? Is there anything that the dotnetnuke community can do to help this project along further?

Re: Some features for the upcomming chat module

I would have to agree, I have not seen any real updates or progress showing for this module as of yet, though this is truly should be a very important part of the DNN core modules or one that is developed by part of the DNN team.  If you can give any update as to when the initial release may be available that would be greatly appreciated.
