Enh Req: Be able to choose Display Name instead of Username

Hi there,

Chat module is great....  very simple (simple is good!), very quick....

Would love the option to choose "Display Name" instead of "username" to replace the "{0} says" in the module settings.

Seems people are making "Display Name' the default for just about everything now that it's an option.

Otherwise, good stuff!

Re: Enh Req: Be able to choose Display Name instead of Username

I agree: the option to use Display name is most wanted - not least for us hosts - who end up with being displayed as just Host - while being displayed by Display name most other places on the site. For the rest: KISS - keep it simple.. yeah you know the phrase!

Re: Enh Req: Be able to choose Display Name instead of Username

That is certainly one of the little enhancements we have in mind for the module.
