Upgrade Error

When I upgraded Reports Module I got the error message,and then  I can't use this module anymore.

System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. at DotNetNuke.Common.Utilities.Config.AddCodeSubDirectory(String name) at DotNetNuke.Modules.Admin.ResourceInstaller.PaDnnInstallerBase.CreateModuleFile(PaFile File, PaFolder Folder) at DotNetNuke.Modules.Admin.ResourceInstaller.PaDnnInstallerBase.CreateFiles(PaFolder Folder) at DotNetNuke.Modules.Admin.ResourceInstaller.PaDnnInstallerBase.Install(PaFolderCollection folders) at DotNetNuke.Modules.Admin.ResourceInstaller.PaInstaller.Install()

Re: Upgrade Error

There seems to be an issue with config.vb in the AddCodeSubDirectory function that doesn't allow for a namespace on the configuration element in the web.config. This problem occurs when trying to install the Survey Module and the Reports Module.

Edit your web.config, and if you see this line

<configuration xmlns="http://schemas.microsoft.com/.NetConfiguration/v2.0">

try replacing it with

<configuration>

Note: I'm not sure if this breaks anything else. I don't think so, but do this in a test environment.

Thanks
