is there any help on how to use the  HTML template visualizer?

Basically, all you need to do is create an HTML file and use tokens of the form '[ColumnName]' in it. For each row in the data returned by the query, the visualizer will load the HTML and replace the tokens with the appropriate value from the column specified in the token.
