Re: Johannesburg - South Africa

Hey Guys,

I am also a developer in SA, Honeydew area. Only started with DNN about two months ago, but can definitely see things going places.

It looks to me that most of us are some where in the Northern Suburbs but no one has suggested a time and place to meet. Maybe all those who are interested should put in a suggestion on a place and time to meet. Maybe to meet with in the next three to four weeks. Lets get the ball rolling.

Re: Johannesburg - South Africa
Hi,

Sorry Francois, I havent checked back on this forum for quite a while. A couple of us already had our first meeting, basically to discuss what we want to get out of this user group, In the mean time we've created a ZA DNN portal, it's looking a bit sad at the moment, but the more people we can get on it, the better it will get, I can promise you that. Go check it out at www.dotnetnuke.co.za Like I said, it's looking a bit sad at the moment with regards to content. Basically I've created a Forum where we have discussions and request features to be added to the site, I would like the site to be a collaborative effort with the community deciding what they would like to have on the site, as opposed to me adding modules left, right and centre just to find that the site is too "busy" and overwelming, so please do go check it out.

Regards

Julian
