Baltimore?

Hey All

I was thinking about starting up a Baltimore DNNUG.  The closest active group is in Vienna VA - quite a haul for a 7-9pm meeting.  So I thought I'd probe for interest before setting up (don't want to end up a 1 member group!)  There has to be scads of people using DNN in the Bmore area.  Wuddaya think?

Re: Baltimore?

I'm interested.  I'm in Ellicott CIty.  But ... as for distance, there are some people who have been coming down from York, PA to the CapitalDUG meetings!

Re: Baltimore?

Yeah - That kind of travel should not be necessary.   I live in Fallston (Harford County) and work in downtown Bmore.  My employer would be happy to let me attend the meeting during the day, so that is how I would prefer to do it.  What do you think about that?  I would probably be able to host the meeting here at 200 St Paul Place, but parking and building security can be a hassle.

Re: Baltimore?

Hi Fritz, I was thinking the same thing just now.  Have you had any luck forming a group?  Are you looking for new participants?  I'm primarily a Windows user with some linux background.  I've been a member of various CUG orgs and have just moved to Baltimore.

Thanks for reading

Don
