Hi Agung,

This may not be the only way (or even the best way), but if I faced the same task, I would still implement the "index.aspx" page within DNN as a splash page.  The splash page would use a different skin to match your current index.aspx design, and would contain a single Text/HTML module with the relevant text and links.

Others around here have a lot more familiarity with running multilingual sites than I, so they may be able to offer better advice.
