Classified Ad Module Requirement

We need a Classified Ad module, a bit like CraigsList or BackPage.

1.       Broken down into Countries and cities within them (12 major US cities, 36 international cities, but can be configurable for more)

2.       International content. At submission people can select the language and character set of the content.

3.       Ad can be in a specific category

4.       Ad can have HTML content with pictures.

5.       Advertisers can submit content for a fee.

6.       Easy and intuitive Search for content by category, keyword, language, character set, submission date, etc.

7.       Admin pages.

·         Please let me know if such a module is available?

·         How much is it with the source code?

·         How much is it to develop from scratch?

Functionality is the most important, but it should be skin friendly.

We can work on a fancy GUI ourselves or it could be a separate charge later.
