Relative paths

I wonder if it is possible to use relative path's with Documents-module 4.

Our problem is that we use Word-documents with relative links to other documents.
These links don't work within the documents-module because it uses 'filetickets'(?).

Is it possible to use relative path's instead so that our links work again?

If not, does anybody know if a (commercial?) module exsists which does use relative path's?

Re: Relative paths

Bemoo,

The documents module uses the standard DNN UrlControl to manage file uploads and links.  Therefore the use of the LinkClick.aspx handler to serve files.  For a solution allowing linking from file to file, you will need to look into a third party module that manages its own files.  This might be a bit hard as many modules re-name files upon upload to manage the file system a bit better.
