Feature request 

Documents is great, authenticated users can upload and allow their files to be downloaded by anybody. Problem is (unless I missed it someplace) they can't delete the buggers if they don't need them any more.

How about a feature that lets the authenticated poster delete their own files via the documents module. Unless of course it is already there and I missed something.

You should find that if a user has edit rights on the document module, they can add, edit or delete documents within the module.  The delete link is in the edit page - so you need to click the edit icon first.
