can't assign category from a list in module 4.0.0

I've created a List that has 3 items in it and have set my documents module version 4.0.0 to select a category from that list.

When I go to add a document, I am finding no entries in my Category list drop down. All that appears is "None specified".

I'm running DNN 4.7.

Any thoughts on what to do?

Thanks

Mike

Mike,

If you return to your module settings does it still show the selection noting that a list is to be used?

Yes.  the "Use Categories List" tickbox and the "Categories List Name" drop down box are still populated.

4.7.0 I haven't upgraded to 4.8 on account of the dire warnings from Mike Horton (blog dated 21 December 2007) that 4.8.0 didn't play nicely with the Active Directory Provider. I've had no indication that all is well with 4.8.2.

EDIT: I just found the blog comment from Mike H that says all is well with the provider and 4.8.2
