Customize Purchase Events? 

Is it possible to update the Purchase page so that it take the users to predefined PayPal page setup via Paypal Merchant?

I would also really like to see a page that all users can see who is registered for an event.

I think this should take you to a page that can customised through your PayPal profile 'Custom Payment Pages'. Are you looking for something different to that?

Your other request will get picked up in this issue on Gemini for a future release, probably 4.1.0 - EVT-7227
