Help with accessing Portal - Error: Upcoming Events is currently unavailable.

Good afternoon,

I have a portal that is only running one page with an events module.  I just realized through this forum that there is a bug in the current release that is throwing the "Error: Upcoming Events is currently unavailable. " exception.  Unfortunately I am not sure how to even access this portal since the only page developed for this portal is the one that has this module installed.  The link is www.pentwatervillage.org/dnn .

It appears that I can do a fix by changing the settings in this module to not allow for sort by category but I need to be able to get there first.

Thanks for your help in advance.

Mark

Re: Help with accessing Portal - Error: Upcoming Events is currently unavailable.

Thanks for the reply.  I was able to make the fix by updating the Database.  I am posting the fix here in case anybody else runs into the same situation:

On the SQL DB that is running the dnn portal I updated the ModuleSettings table by setting disablecategories to false.  Once the portal restarted I was good to go.
