Enh: "Read-More" and "Register" links  

Often event listings will be a compilation of events from other locations, these locations will have their own web sites and / or separate locations for online registration. While it's possible to "simulate" one using Location, it's inconvenient to have to register locations, then add then to an event even they may not be reused. (Note similar to EVT-5695 but I felt additional clarification was in order).
