Enh: Ability to manually add registrations to an Event 

If you are attemtpting to use the Events model to track things like volunteers, etc, that may not signing up on their own the ability to register any current portal user would be helpful.

I think what you are after is this - EVT-7537 - which should come as an enhancement in version 4.1.0.
