How to Remove Timezone Info from bottom of main module with calendar

I placed an Events module (v 3.x.8 i guess) and there is a timezone info at bottom. Could some one point me how to remove this info from module? I can access ascx codes.

Regards.

Re: How to Remove Timezone Info from bottom of main module with calendar

Hi Ismet,

I'm not aware of the timezone being displayed in version 3.3.8 (you can check the version  in Host/Module Definitions). The only place it is displayed by default is in the Add Event page. Can you point me at a page where you have the problem?

Thanks
Roger

Hi Roger, thanks for reply and yes you are right, the system was using an old version.

May i ask, if possible to remove timezone without upgrading?

Re: How to Remove Timezone Info from bottom of main module with calendar

If you are happy to edit an ascx page, you should be able to add the attribute visible="false" to the tag that is outputing the timezone. Is there any reason you don't want to upgrade? The latest version resolves many bug, and also patches some lowm risk security holes.

Cheers
Roger
