How to highlight complete enroled events?

Hi guys,

I'm asking how can i highlight or check events in week, month or event schedule that are fully enroled. When i create a new event and i must enrole just for two or three people i want to block that event with a marked view sign, just to make understand to the other that the event is full and nobody can enrole again.

What u can suggest to me how to work fine to realize this stuff?

thanks all

Re: How to highlight complete enroled events?

You could potentially use colour categories to highlight when an event is full. You would have to manually set the category when the event is full, because currently there is not automated mechanism for doing this. This would set a visual clue.

Otherwise, why not use the max enrollment capability of the module, since this would stop extra people enrolling....

Cheers
Roger

Re: How to highlight complete enroled events?

You can request this as a future feature via Gemini (http://support.dotnetnuke.com). However there is no guranatee as to when the capability will be added. Adding the capbility for your single need may be relatively easy, but I'm not in a position to advice about individual code changes. To make this suitable for all users is likely to be slightly more complex, since categories are used by many for many purposes.

Is there any reason why you can't just use the max enrollees capability built into the module already?

Cheers
Roger
