Print the list of attendees

Hello,

I am new to the events module and I am doing my best to navigate around. But I need some help please.

I want to know if I can print a list of the attendees to the event as I would like to have this list on hand when they show up at the event.

I need the email addresses and such.

Also the Custom Field 1 and 2 where do I change that in the admin/language section.

Also what will this enable the custom fields to be a test box to for the attendee to fill in as the enroll?

Thanks

Joseph

Re: Print the list of attendees

Hi Joseph,

The enrollees are currently only displayed on the edit page for the event. We plan to add the ability to display enrollees on the detail page in the next version and add some extra functionality for admins. I have added your requirements to the item on Gemini - EVT-7227.

The names of the custom fields can be modified under Admin/Languages/Language Editor. Select Local Resources/Desktop Modules/Events/App_LocalResources. There are a number of views they are displayed on, but you should find them all in that list.

The custom fields are per event at the moment, not per enrollee, so could not currently be used for an anttendee to fill in as they enroll. Perhaps you'd like to detail your requirements for this on Gemini, and we can look for inclusion in a future release of the module. If you submit an request via the DNN Core Feamework and Modules [Public ] project, it will get picked up and moved to the events project at some point.

Cheers
Roger

Events 4.0.2 - It's released !! - See the annoucement.
Requirements/Bugs - Submit them here - Gemini - Raise against project 'DNNP', and put 'Events' in the title.

Re: Print the list of attendees

Hello Roger,

Thanks I do appreciate the reply,

This is what I was looking at when I stumbled upon the default version of events in DNN.

http://skinspack.dnntemplet.com/activeevent/ActiveEvent/tabid/290/ectrl/activeeventdetail/eid/12/language/en-US/Default.aspx

It has an excellent easy-to-use enrolment with email address and some other cool features. I have not personally used it however I do feel that the default version is excellent too. If these two features were added to DNN ( print list per event and Email address at signup) that would put  this event software in the stratosphere.

I don't know if the other events program has print either so I would rather wait for yours.

Thanks so much

Joseph
