Filter event list with location & custom field like Catagory

i m using event module to show the list of events all over the world using catagory... i have tow questions

1. it is possible to filter option for location like we have catagory

2. i m using custom field 1 to show the deadline for submition or last enrollment date ... so i want to use cutom field as date field
also i want to filter or search the event using custom field (date field - deadline or last enrollment date)

Hi Satish,

It's not currently possible to do this. However there is already a request on Gemini for similar features (EVT-7890). Perhaps you'd like to add your extra requirements to that?

I am looking forward to that feature as well. It is more and more demanding in sub-categorising the events.

I have tried something like "Intelli_Calendar" which offers extra fields like [tag] and [Type]. However they are not filter-able. It will be wonderful to have a drop down and filter out events by CATEGORY, LOCATION and other CUSTOM or sub-category fields.
