Events Module Scheduler - How is this enabled?

Hello All!

My name is Uzo (Miss) and I'm writing from the UK.  I'm new to DNN and am currently using the events module to list my events for people to enroll on them.  I want to enable Email Notifications but I'm told that I have to enable the events module scheduler. How is this actually done?

I look forward to hearing back from you.

Thank you!

Kind Regards

Uzo

The Event scheduler is managed bu the HOST scheduler mechanism.

So you must access HOST menu/Scheduled Tasks and there will be a task with "Events" in the type name, which should be enabled.

Re: Events Module Scheduler - How is this enabled?

Hey Ernst,

Thanks for this - I'm guessing it's this one at the bottom - DotNetNuke.Modules.Events.EventNotification, DotNetNuke.Modules.Events - if so, then it was already ticked!

Thanks for your help.

Kind Regards

Uzo
