Error Message - File Not Found - Help PLS

I have uploaded a MHTML file and linked to it from the FAQ Module, however when I click on the link I get an error message "file cannot be found - 404". I get the drop down in FAQ to select the file and then I update. I can open and view the file by going to "file manager" and opening. Also, I have successfully linked to other MHTML files from "other" modules. Any idea what may be going on? Help is appreciated, TKS,
