FAQ Import

I can not seem to find any documentation on the FAQ Import program. We have over 400 questions and answers in MS Word that we want to import. What is the file layout for the import? ASC, TXT,

Thanks

Re: FAQ Import

This module does not support import, you might need to use a SQL command for this.

Re: FAQ Import

Actually there is .. If you go to the options list for the FAQ module, there is Add an FAQ, Manage a Categorey, Import Content and Export Content, plus more. When you click on the Import Content it asks you for "folder" and "File".  If this does exists, what are the purpose of these options ??

Just want to know ??

Re: FAQ Import

"Import Content" and "Export Content" are framework methods to transfer module content between module instances. If you can adopt your data to that format, you will be able to import our FAQ, but this is not a solution specific to this module.
