VB code is not compiling DotNet2.0 

I have configured Dotnetnuke4.5.3 in my system. And installed FAQ's mdoule 04.04.00 from Host/Module definitions. After that I copied all source files(VB) files to this "C:\Inetpub\DotNetNuke453\DesktopModules\FAQs" location. And I have modfied some code in FAQs.ascx.vb file. Build successfully. Bit I didn't get expected result.  Please see below code which I have done. Please help me any one.
