How to display Category's name or value instead of just a number? 

Hi,

I would like to know if it's possible to display category's name or value
instead of number in Feedback comment area.

There are 9 categories in feedback list.
I set names and values (I used a meaningful word such as 'travel' etc).

When I submit a feedback, number is displayed next to the
user's email address.  
For example, 'travel' is the 8th one in the feedback list.
If I select the 'Travel' and submit the feedback,
number '8' will be displayed in feedback comment area instead of
displaying 'travel'.

Is there any ways I can display the value, not number?
