Feedback as Contact Us form

Is there a good way of using the Feedback module as a Contact Us form rather than a feedback agent?

Re: Feedback as Contact Us form

I do this on several sites.  I add the feedback modules to a page, and then remove the display feedback module.  This leaves only the option to submit feedback, which I title, "Contact Us".

Re: Feedback as Contact Us form

Figured I would inquire here....I am doing this like you are Rask...my problem is that when someone submits feedback it just sends the Number of the subject and the message...can I get it to send the name of the subject, category and message?

How do you do that?  I have the email address box showing, but the feedback module doesn't email it to me.  I don't want to have to check the display feedback module, I just want to answer the email when it comes in... but it shows as coming from my own email and doesn't include their email....

Dean.

Re: Feedback as Contact Us form

I am having the same issue.  I added a subject to the list of subjects and when someone submits feedback, the subject of the email message is a number instead of the value given to the subject.  Not very helpful.  Anyone know how to fix this?  Thanks.
