I've found the SMTP Host Options, but it dosn't not let me to configure the SMTP Server and Port Option... However, Just like i think you don't need to put the port is it's the number 25, because it's the one predetermined.

It show me the next error: Mailbox name not allowed. The server response was: sorry, that domain isn't in my list of allowed rcpthosts (#5.7.1)

Re: How to configure the mail server

1. You need to find out from your host service the following: smtp server name, username and password.

2. Under Host Settings, check that Host Email is a correct email.

3. Under Host Settings, expand Advanced Settings, SMTP Settings and enter the info from #1 there. Click update and then click Test. You should receive a message in your Host Email account.

4. If everything above worked, check and see if your Portal Administrator account has a correct email address. If yes, logoff and register on your website - registration email will be sent to your Portal Admin account and you'll see if it worked.

Re: How to configure the mail server

I don't know what the problem was, but i've found the SMTP at the Host Settings, and it show me an exception when i tryed to test.

But sometime before it was good at testing so, it's just like vitkos says.

1- Find the SMTP Configuration Options at the Host Settings.

2- Enter the e-mail and password, after that you should check it for seen if it's a correct direction.  It should show you a good configuration messaje or a bad one.

3- At the case the messaje was successful, you only need to update changes.

i've not passed by this forum before i posted the message...
