Where does the name field go? 

So someone enters, email address, name, subject & body into the feedback module.  I get an email with subject and body, no name. 

Looking in the database, there isn't even a place to store the name of the person who sent feedback.  It doesn't appear in the email sent, it doesn't appear in the moderation area and it doesn't even appear in the database.

Am I missing some very crucial point when using the feedback module?  Is there a way to downgrade to an old version of feedback that just listed the values of the fields entered when you received an email?
