Production Issue Need Help - Please Guide

Fellows, Gurus, I need some serious help on "Feedback" module.

This is a production issue and we cannot understand why it is happening.

Right know the "Feedback" module is configured in default settings with no customization. Right know anyone is able to leave the feedback, however when the admin user goes to moderate the feedback and hits links like "Archive" or "Delete" or "Publish" or "Private" - the status does not change at all. The page just refreshes and comes back with the same status. The only way we are able to change the status is by running the sql query in back end, which is extremely unfortable and annoyning.

I looked into the event viewer - no error or exception logs or anything that can hint some place. I am not a guru or an expert in anyway on this module, but I am in deep trouble as this is production issue.

Any help from here is very HIGHLY AND SINCERELY appreciated.

Sincerely,
Sid.
