we are still waiting the next generation of feedback module,thanks in advance for your beautifull module and hope we will see it soon,it's very important for any web site

and the best important part that we will have the ability to add mutiple textbox,combobox,and checkbox

Some issues came up last month (personal) which prevented me from submitting it to the release tracker.... I am planning on submitting it this month and hopefully get some traction on it by end of month... Would you be willing to offer feedback on the pre-release version?

Yes Sure, and i'am waiting for your released module,Hope that will be conatins the customized (imput box,Combobox,Check box.TITLE ,ETC....)
