General Execption Error with Feedback Module 

I continually get this general exception error with the feedback module in the event log.  Can anyone shed some light on it?

Do you have captcha turned on with the feedback module? I have to investigate this further as I'm not getting this error in my error logs and am wondering if it's something in the core that's having a hiccup with regards to Captcha in general..
