Module missing Field names when not logged in 

Unless you are logged in as a registered using, the Feedback module does not display the Email, Name, Message field headings.

Have just upgraded from 4.0 -> 4.3

Got the same problem here. Also in dnn version 4.3 Quiet annoying, it isn't that obvious for a user what to put in the fields... Some help on this please

Hey guys,

I had the same problem when I upgraded DNN. Impossible to find any troubleshooting procedures on this issue. I ended up deleting, and then re-adding the module on the page(s). That worked for me. Hope it works for you!
