Smiley/Image/Link Not Working 
I have a fresh installation of DNN 4.4 and tried to use the Text/HTML Module to display in image.  If I click on 'Create Link', 'Insert Smiley' or 'Insert Image From Gallery', I receive a pop-up window with the generic Server error/Runtime error.  The only pop-up windows that works is for the 'Insert Table' button.  Why is it not working?  I tried to install FCKEditor and followed the instructions exactly, but no matter which account I use (SuperUser or regular user), I cannot edit anything on the site at all, I see the admin and host menu, but can't edit any module, the edit buttons do not appear on the modules nor do the menu's on the modules.  But that is another issue.  Thanks in advance for your help!
