Save doesn't work in IE - possible reasons?

One of my customers cannot save anything after editing the module content  if he uses the Internet Explorer. When he clicks on the "Save" link, nothing happens. With Firefox saving works fine. Other module types don't seem to be concerned. Also, when I do the same with my IE (6 and 7), I can save without problems.

We have DNN 4.5.5 with Text/HTML module 4.5.0.

Has anyone experienced such a behaviour before? Perhaps there is some setting in IE that needs to be set? Unfortunately, the customer works in an office with a specail IE installation, which doesn't allow him to change or even view the settings :-( Strange enough, he hasn't reported any other problems with DNN in general or other modules in special - only Text/HTML seems to be concerned.

Thanks in advance for any comment!
