Rodrigo,

you need to add the path to the JS files, otherwise they will be needed to be placed in the root of the site, where default.aspx resides. See the skinning guide, how to include a skin path variable.

If you only need it for a specific page then you can put it in using the Text/Html module by going to Module Settings and then pasting it into the Header field.

If you want to include Javascript links in the Head section then you can do it from your skin like this:

Add a Javascript link to the Head section from your skin
