Need immediate help - updated html module and site died

Been humming along for awhile with DNN 4.1.1 and have been updating a few modules along the way. Saw the new HTML module and  installed just fine - but when I clicked on a link to get off the install page I got the dreaded (for me, anway) "runtime error" page and now my site is down.

Not an experienced .NET programmer - what can I do now??

Thanks for any help anyone can provide.

Re: Need immediate help - updated html module and site died

always check the "min required DNN version!"

Easiest option is to  upgrade DNN to 4.8.2 or 4.8.3, wich shall be available in a few days, if you can wait.

As mentioned above your best bet is to upgrade to the current version and you should be ok.

Otherwise I would recommend restoring from a backup if you have one.
