Re: Image or Smiley Causing ERRORS

The URL are incorrect in the preview and the text module after saving it.

Rent.pro

Correct:                http://rent.pro/Portals/_default/Smileys/angry.gif

Incorrect              http://rent.pro/rentpro//Portals/_default/Smileys/angry.gif

Difference:         /rentpro/

Lebanonpcclinic.com

Correct:                http://lebanonpcclinic.com/Portals/_default/Smileys/angry.gif

Incorrect:            http://lebanonpcclinic.com/Portals/0//Portals/_default/Smileys/angry.gif

Difference:         /0/

Any idea how to fix this?

Re: Image or Smiley Causing ERRORS

you cannot use files in /portals/_default folder, place them in the /portals/0 folder instead using file manager in ADMIN menu.

Re: Image or Smiley Causing ERRORS

Wouldn’t that mean I would have a copy of the same images for each of my portals?

Re: Image or Smiley Causing ERRORS

yes, any images used are expected to be portal specific. /portals/_default is considered to be used for templates and shared resources.
