rich text editor not working 

When I choose the edit option for a text/html container I get the editor page, however only the "basic text box" and "Rich Text Editor" raido check boxes are displayed.  None of the rich text options are displayed such as html view, design view, and toolbars.  The text box that is displayed shows raw HTML text only. 

Everything works, so long as I generate the html outside the editor and copy it in.

Any help in getting back the nice GUI would be apprecaited.  By the way...3.0.13 I believe is the version.

I can't remember having seen this error before, but my first guess would be to check wether the texteditor is still in place: you could verify if the folder Providers\HtmlEditorProviders\Ftb3HtmlEditorProvider\ftb3
is still equal to a clean installed one.

In my case, i have 2 PC's, rich text editor works very well in one PC but in the other one didn't work... WHY

the quick and dirty fix for this is to go the the /bin directory in the root.  Once there verify that DotNetNuke.Ftb3HtmlEditorProvider.dll exists.  If not copy it from another installation or download a source copy and copy this file to the bin directory.  Rebuild your project and it should work.  I am not sure why this file gets deleted, but that was the culprit for me.
