Images will not show up in file manager 

I've set up 2 portals on my computer.........1 of the site works fine.......but the second portal's text/html module doesn't not work well. The problem is when i click the "insert image from gallery" button it has a pop up but doesn't direct me to the file manager. It takes me to the my home page and displays an error message which says

"A critical error has occurred.
Length cannot be less than zero. Parameter name: length"

Anyone had this problem or know how to fix this?

I figured out the problem,  the reason this error is showing is because when created the new portal.........i manually named the portal folder a name and did not let DotNetNuke automatically create a portal folder, which usually names the portal folder a portal number.
