javascipt messes up page in DNN? 

I have a DNN site at www.vino707.info

When i use the text/html module and put javascipt into it, it saves, and works fine in Firefox.

When I view the page in internet explorer, that javascript forces all content from any pane to the bottom pane, and stretches the page. I then delete the text/html module, and it fixes my page.

I really need to use javascript on my site. Do I need another module for this to work. I am using DNN 3.1

I am having the same exact problem with www.dotcomdominion.com it seems any JS at all will mess it up. I do have a form element on the skin that is not functioning yet. I removed it on one of the skins and reparsed it, but that doesn't seem to help. I hope someone knows why this would be a problem. If I figure it out in the meantime, I will definatly let you know.

When I roll over the solpart menu on skinA, which is on the content pages of the site (not the front page which is also a problem) the messed up part takes turns going up and down the page. Crazy.
