Multiple Modules

Ok, next question....

I have over a hundred modules that are text/htmls that I need to post on one page.  It would be easier for me to just copy and paste the modules first and then go back and edit each one, once I have changed the titles.  Is their a way to add X number of modules all at once or do I have to manually insert a hundred modules?

*please say there is...  please say there is...*

Here's to hope!

K

Re: Multiple Modules

Modules are just entries in the database.  It would seem to be possible to go directly at the database table to add modules to the page.  I bit tricky but I think it wouldn't be too bad.  If I had your problem that is what I would do. If you were going to make a habit of doing this it might be a good idea ot look at the core code that inserts modules and modify that to put it in a loop.

This is one of the bad things about DNN. Page development is rather tedious.
