Inline editing in 3.3.1 for the body of text module 

I am trying to edit the text of an html/text module and I can't get the text portion of the module to activate for inline editing.  I am able to edit the Title of the module but not the text portion?  Any time I click out of the title area the red lines around the title disapear.  Is there a trick to being able to edit the body section? Or a setting I need to turn on?

Running 3.3.1, logged in as admin, default blue module contatiner.
