Module Title 
I couldn't change the font of Module Title. How can I change the font size, color, and etc?

This depends on the container you are using. If you are using the default container, the title is defined by:

<dnn:TITLE runat="server" id="dnnTITLE"></dnn:TITLE>

You can add the attribute cssClass="className", where classname is the name of the css class, and set it to a class from skin.css that you like (or you can define a new class).  The default cssClass if one isn't specified for the Module Title is "Head"
