Text/HTML module cache is over-persistent 

I'm using DNN 4.6.2, fresh install.

I've got this DNN installation I'm working on that started out on my machine, then was moved to a server.  There are a couple of text/html modules which contain images.  I changed the image paths on these modules when I moved the installation to the server and cleared the portal cache, and the images show up fine.  However, I'll come back at some undetermined time later and look, and the old values have been restored and the image doesn't show up. 

Has anyone else had this problem?  Any insight would be much appreciated
