Re: People/Users online always zero ?

Scott - I have updated the two items you suggested and I am still unable to see users online. Is there anything else that needs to be updated or adjusted? I am on version 4.03.07.

Re: People/Users online always zero ?

I'm having this issue too. So far, I removed and recreated the scheduled task, and even removed and re-installed the module and then re-started the app afterwards.

To no avail.

Now, I'm showing 0 members on line. The UsersOnline SQL table shows empty. The PurgeUsersOnline Scheduled Task shows successful history.

So, I open the task and click "Update". Two users appear in the UsersOnline SQL table, and on the UsersOnLine module on my site.

Later, they disappear when PurgeUsersOnline runs again.

PurgeUsersOnline empties the table, it works fine, my problem is that nothing is FILLING the table. What does updating the PurgeUsersOnline schedule do? How else can I populate the UsersOnline table?
