Iframe Source Error 

I have 2 set ups of dotnetnuke, both are very similar but one of them allows me to input http://test1/test but the other one does not allow me to input http://test1/test as a valid string, I've also tried http://test1/test/test.asp

Test1 is a server on my domain running iis and using a website... for some reason the one dnn setup works but the other doesnt.

What is the problem?
